Can I add or remove Features on the Corporate Shuttle?
Our Sprinter Shuttles are currently template built. We do have the ability to add or remove features and options but this can delay delivery time and add additional expenses.
What is the Warranty on the Corporate Shuttle?
Our warranty is divided into several phases.
- Mercedes-Benz Factory warranty applies
- Global Motor Coach provides a 2year or 24,000 mile (whichever comes first) warranty on the interior build for craftmanship and parts.
- HVAC: Heat and A/C warranty is provided by Premier Products of Elkhart, IN
- All repairs must be approved by Global Motor Coach prior to work being started. Global Motor Coach reserves the right for all repairs to be completed at GMC manufacturing facility determined during initial claim. Customer will be required to transport vehicle to the facility. Global Motor Coach will not be held financially liable for any downtime of vehicle due to repairs needed. Towing will not be covered by Global Motor Coach. Any legal proceedings must be filed through courts in Erie, Pennsylvania. Global Motor Coach is not liable for any HVAC related issues, HVAC requests are the responsibility of Premier Products.
